Wild Boar & Feral Pigs

Wild boar and feral pigs have become an increasing problem in areas of the province as they are considered an invasive species. "Uncoordinated hunting has been demonstrated to scatter pig populations and alter behaviour, making successful removal more challenging to achieve. Instead, all feral pig sightings should be reported immediately by contacting a local SCIC office or calling 1-888-935-0000." Please see links below in regards to feral pig sightings, reporting and damage compensation.
